We're still working on exercising every day, though we've done pretty well so far. We want to play racquetball a few times a week and do other cardio/weight workouts other days. Yesterday we did Jillian Michael's yoga and we made it through (with extremely sore shoulders). It went better than last time, though.

I also like these pillows. They are found here.

I might have to try something like this. They are kind of fun.
